By using Reverina you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service
Reverina provides tools to track films and series, explore recommendations, keep private journals, and generate Cinematic DNA readings. Features may change as the product develops. Some capabilities require an account or a paid membership.
3. Account
You are responsible for accurate information and for keeping your sign-in secure. Do not use Reverina to harass others, scrape the service at scale, or circumvent access controls. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of journals and other content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content so the product can work (including generating DNA when you ask). Public profile content is shown according to your visibility settings.
5. AI readings
Cinematic DNA, character sheets, and related chat replies are interpretive and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice.
6. Third-party data
Title artwork and metadata come from third parties (including TMDB). Reverina uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability may come from JustWatch via TMDB.
7. Memberships, prices, Kleinunternehmer
Free and member plans may include usage limits. Paid features, if offered, are shown with price and billing period at checkout. Under the German Kleinunternehmerregelung (§ 19 UStG), no VAT is charged or shown on invoices.
8. Right of withdrawal (Widerruf) for paid digital services
If you purchase a paid membership as a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content / services that begin immediately, the right of withdrawal may end early if you expressly agree that performance starts during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal — we will collect that confirmation in checkout when memberships are sold.
To withdraw where still available, email hello@reverina.tv with a clear statement. Model withdrawal form wording is available on request.
9. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties (Kardinalpflichten), limited to typical foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Governing law
German law applies. If you are a consumer resident in another EU/EEA country, mandatory protections of your home country remain available. Mandatory consumer venue rules apply.
